I Miss A Kindred Spirit
Oh, How I Do Miss A Kindred Spirit!
In the deep quiet
The night dark
The caress of
its cover
Only My thoughts
for company

My Heart Is Not At Rest
My Heart Is Not At Rest
Pondering the
human condition
My heart is not at rest
Pondering the
frailty of the
human condition
My heart is not at rest
Are we no more than
a cow, a dog, a cat
a rodent or a fly?
